I have a regimented beauty and skincare routine that I couldn’t do without the help of my beauty tools. One of them might surprise you, but it’s been a staple in my bathroom for a LONG time! Hope you enjoy!
1. Silicone Mask Applicator
Detoxing my pore with a charcoal mask is a part of my weekly skincare routine. Unfortunately, the black charcoal can be messy on your fingertips, so I found this applicator that helps apply the mask without the mess. They also work great for applying moisturizers or sunscreens.
2. Spa Headbands
Instead of pulling my hair into a pony tail and leaving a crease I use these easy spa headbands to push my hair out of my face. They are great for washing your face, applying sunless tanner, or applying makeup. They come in a ton of adorable prints. I linked the basic ones I’m wearing in the photo above.
3. Claw Clips
Large claw clips are back – again great for pulling your hair out of your face when you’re washing makeup off. I use them when I’m blow drying my hair in sections. You can also put your hair up in cute styles with these – a trend that is back to stay!
4. The Spatty
Have you heard of the Spatty? Imagine getting to the bottom of your bottle of $80 serum – you’re pumping, but nothing else is coming out. There has to be something left at the bottom that the pump can’t reach. Well, there is! I open up the bottle and use my Spatty tool to get out the last drops. Sometimes there is 3-4 more uses of product left in the bottom. This awesome tool was also featured on Shark Tank! It comes in a couple lengths to get to the bottom. If you’re a Beautycounter customer and you use Dew Skin – make sure you are cutting the top off of your empty bottle and getting the last uses out with the Spatty!
5. An Old School Fan
A five step nighttime skincare routine can take about 10 minutes to apply. Most of those minutes are wasted letting your products dry and absorb into your face. I’ve been using an old school fan to help my toner and serum dry faster! This is a step in your routine that you don’t want to skip – it’s a waste if you’re not letting your products fully dry. You could also use a battery operated fan if that’s more of your style! Have you ever used a fan?
Hope you enjoyed this round up! What are some beauty tools that you can’t live without?
